{"id":9936,"date":"2021-03-31T16:11:44","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T15:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmactechnologies.com\/?p=9936"},"modified":"2021-04-15T13:36:33","modified_gmt":"2021-04-15T12:36:33","slug":"taking-customer-care-on-to-another-level","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmactechnologies.com\/pt-br\/taking-customer-care-on-to-another-level\/","title":{"rendered":"Taking Customer Care on to Another Level!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At Elmac Technologies we pride ourselves in providing high levels of customer care and going the extra mile to support our loyal customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elmactechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PVRV-Series-Render.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10003\" width=\"281\" height=\"230\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Applications Engineer, Ben McLeod, describes a recent example where the team didn\u2019t just meet but exceeded customer expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In March 2021, one of our water and wastewater contractors specialising in biogas and water engineering solutions got in touch with a very urgent requirement for 8 critical Pressure Vacuum Relief Valves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lead time was very tight and the end-user was a high profile company in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team of technical experts got to work on this project on the same day and managed to reduce the usual 4 weeks\u2019 lead time from stock to just one week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer was very grateful for the speedy response and turnaround and in his own words:<br>\u201cWe approached a number of suppliers all of whom were unable to provide either delivery within the required lead time, or the same level of technical support as Elmac. We set them a challenge and they responded magnificently!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cElmac Technologies has over 70 years of history in <a href=\"https:\/\/elmactechnologies.com\/what-is-a-flame-arrester-guide\/\">flame arresters<\/a> and pressure relief valves and the team\u2019s technical expertise is second-to-none. There\u2019s nothing that my team and I enjoy more than the challenge of a critical job coming through late in the day and on a tight lead time!
