Taking Customer Care on to Another Level!

At Elmac Technologies we pride ourselves in providing high levels of customer care and going the extra mile to support our loyal customers.

Our Applications Engineer, Ben McLeod, describes a recent example where the team didn’t just meet but exceeded customer expectations.

In March 2021, one of our water and wastewater contractors specialising in biogas and water engineering solutions got in touch with a very urgent requirement for 8 critical Pressure Vacuum Relief Valves.

The lead time was very tight and the end-user was a high profile company in France.

Our team of technical experts got to work on this project on the same day and managed to reduce the usual 4 weeks’ lead time from stock to just one week.

The customer was very grateful for the speedy response and turnaround and in his own words:
“We approached a number of suppliers all of whom were unable to provide either delivery within the required lead time, or the same level of technical support as Elmac. We set them a challenge and they responded magnificently!”
