We were delighted to exhibit at the ADIPEC 2019 show in Abu Dhabi as part of the Trade & Invest Wales delegation. ADIPEC is one of the world’s largest and most influential oil and gas industry exhibitions, each year drawing thousands of trade visitors from around the world.
Our stand attracted lots of visitors, with particular interest in our new ERB Series of Flame Arresters with Reverse Flow configuration and our forthcoming Flame Arrester/PVRV combination unit.
We were particularly pleased to welcome to our stand Rodney Berkeley, Director for Energy and Infrastructure at the Department for International Trade along with all the other delegates from the Department for International Trade, whose support we are grateful for.
ADIPEC 2019 was the biggest in the show’s history with over 2,200 exhibiting companies from 67 countries across the globe, each showcasing their latest products, services and technologies to over 145,000 attendees. In addition to this, there were 1,000 expert speakers and over 100 ministers and CEOs in attendance.
The aim of ADIPEC is to promote and embrace innovation, share strategies and look forward to the future. We got a clear impression that the refineries and oil and gas storage sector is continuing to grow in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Following meetings with many visitors and delegates from these regions, we’re now looking into opportunities to expand further into these markets in the near future. The show provided an ideal opportunity to explore investment opportunities and we expect our worldwide agent network to be very busy over the next few years!
Anand Palanivelu, Business Development Manager at Elmac Technologies said:
“The ADIPEC exhibition gave us the perfect opportunity to network and we were delighted with the reception Elmac received over the 4 days and the interest in our products. We look forward to further expanding our markets and working with our new and existing partners over the coming months.”
We look forward to exhibiting at the next ADIPEC show from 9 to 12 November 2020.
